We set the cost of hiring our apartment at modest rates purely to cover running and maintenance costs. We recognise that certain times of year are not as popular and have reflected this in the following pricing policies: 1st January -> 31st May 1st June -> 31st September We also charge 40 euros at the end of your holiday for cleaning of the apartment. Please note that bookings of less than 7 days (eg. weekend breaks) can also be booked, please contact us for details. We also take medium-long term rentals(ie.3-6months) from £75 per week.
