This area of Spain is very popular among the golfing fraternity, within  15 minutes drive there are FIVE (guessing!) golf course alone. If your other half is a golf widow why not drop them off at a nearby beach?
Golf La Finca - approx. 5 minutes drive
ImageLa Finca has been established since approximately 2002 and is a well established 18 hole course. The par of the course is 72 and it offers all the facilities one would expect. You can access their website by clicking on the name above.

Golf Villa Martin - Approx. 10 minutes drive
Villa Martin is approximately 10 minutes drive away, quite close to the coast.
There are some charming restaurants set in a picturesque little square/courtyard - perhaps you'll eat here once you've played a-round?
